Fazenda Camboa is owned and managed by Arthur Carvalho and Eduardo Carvalho. It is the largest organic cocoa farm in the state of Bahia, Brazil. The beans are sorted at origin which reduces the amount of beans that we have to reject at our workshop.

The beans are uniform in color and size, its aroma is fruity. These beans allowed us to win a Gold Prize at the European edition of the International Chocolate Awards (2016).
